Updated most banners and images in terms of quality and design.
Sorted the code and removed faulty elements.
Numerous cosmetic upgrades.
Fixed numerous bugs from the previous versions.
Re-added the golden bar for Smods and admins upon request.
Removed the Active users and Birthday sections from the forum frontpage.
Threw in a new banner at the top.
Removed the top advertisement bar at the banner.
Reduced the post banner in size since it's barely in use anymore.
Changed the location of Quote, Report and Edit.
New buttons added for both Search bars.

Threw in an Easter egg. I wonder if anyone will find it~
.. and probably tons of other stuff I've forgotten. Most of the old features from the VB theme is still in use.
