#2 Blank tab Popups "Untitled" WILL NEVER APPEAR ANYMORE !
#3 Removed Blank Tabs text and icon !
PREVENTS ANNOYING TAB SCOPE POPUPS FROM POPPING UP ALL THE TIME WHEN NOT NEEDED TO SEE. WILL ONLY POPUP WHEN YOU NEED TO SEE !
