Just some tidying up of (what I consider) unnecessary items in the Google Reader interface. Removes search box and associated buttons, as well as the whole Google header bar. Also removed is the extremely useless 'Add a subscription' button. Font sizes are smaller and buttons are squished up a little, but you'll find that most of the controls are still there.
This sloppy bit of CSS is based on my previous style, Google Reader: for small screens.
============================
For a more modular approach, try these instead:
Google Reader: Header Hider
Google Reader: hide 'Manage subscriptions' link
Google Reader: hide 'Add a subscription' button
Google Reader: hide 'People You Follow' sidebar
Google Reader: hide 'Recommendations' sidebar
