The style is for use with Tab Mix Plus multi-row ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1122 ). Don't know if it will look/work the same without it or other TMP options. Might need some adjustments. Post a discussion and i will help.

IMPORTANT! You might need my Glass dialog windows for full tabbar glass effect.
I also have two progressbar styles which work with TMP (didn't try without! may just need some margin adjustment):
bar - Tabs progressbar for TMP a la Vista
throbber - Tab progress throbber - vista aero
It all seems to be quite identifiable, change to suite.
Both shots are 'after' ;-)
09/21/09 - added a light shadow to the active tab which gives the tab an illuminated glow from the back. Adjusted the close tab button.
11/22/09 - Something seems to have changed in Fx 3.6b2 and up with read/unread tabs. A bug has been filed - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487242. It now only works if you have an ext. like TMP. You may need to play with both to achieve the result you want.
12/10/09 - changed some margins to bring the tabbar up a pixel and added 2px space between rows for a 'floating' effect, fixed selected tab wobble.
