This is an "All In One" comprised of several styles, which I haven't kept track of, plus a couple of additions I've made. Anyway, I needed something to get rid of a "test" I didn't expect to show up so offer it, FWIW.

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
