Simple code to show DOM Inspector panels stacked, instead of the normal side-by-side layout.

It's exactly what the extension Stacked Inspector does, I almost copied its description.
If you apply this style after the DOMi window is already open, the splitters between panels may look weird. Reopening the window fixes it, but if you plan to enable/disable this style frequently, then probably the add-on is a better option.
