Fx only. Works, see the pic.
This is my first bite at the scrollbars - this is tested on Vista, Fx 3.0.8 and Stylish 1.0b3. Don't know if it will work with Stylish 0.5.9 and Fx below 3.0*, don't think it will.
An updated version for Fx10* - Scrollbars Black Fx10*
