Forces toolbar buttons to look and behave even more like your non-Classic Windows visual style. This makes bevels appear (if using a theme which removes them), makes the padding and alignment dynamic when clicked or opened, etc.
Known [minor] issue: The border between the icon and dropmarker on menu buttons still does not exactly match the native theme, however, this seems to be basically impossible to get exactly right with how Firefox's native appearance implementation is written (in short, there needs to be a "-moz-appearance: menu-button;" available which picks up the correct bevels from the OS theme [different from the normal bevels]).
