With the Download Manager Tweak extension and the new default theme in Firefox 2.0, the icon for the Launch button no longer works. This brings it back.
Only guaranteed to work with the default theme (was the same in the extension itself pre-Fx2.0), but it has been found to work with several others [including Qute] as well.
I didn't include the active state by default for two reasons. The first is that the Downloads button does not include the active state. The second is that many to most themes that do support the standard, hover, and disabled states still do not support the active state.
Update - Weishun reminded me of another little bit: I am NOT going to bother attempting to ensure support for every little 2.0-bumped hacked version of DMT, because, for one thing, there's little to no difference between all of them (and the ones closest to fully feature-complete [the one I use is feature-complete minus this icon] all still use the same Ids from the original), and, for another thing, it's the people who made the hacked versions' fault for not being able to figure out how to do something as simple as this themselves (note: this is basically the 2.0 version of the same way it was done in DMT for 1.5 [if you took off the !importants and stuck it in the extension itself, and go ahead and remove the list-style-image rule from all but the first block as well]). This will be marked obsolete as soon as the official version of the extension already does it.
If it doesn't work, for you, try changing #dmLaunchButton to #dmLaunchButton2.
