This style removes the “Paying The Bills” pod from your (http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/pod.php) and all other users' (http://thesims2.ea.com/mysimpage/pod.php?user_id=*****) SimPage.
This Style *does not* remove the pod permanently! Users without this style and IE users will still see the Paying The Bills pod. The Ad will still be there, but hidden, EA Games will be still 'paying the bills' through each ad.
