This style removes everything except:
1. homepage: login form
2. inbox/compose: inbox listing and mail related nav elements

- show direkt link to Postfach during quarterly "important message" (2010-01-28)
- logout button can be clicked now (2009-12-10)
- changes according to GMX new homepage layout (2009-12-10)
