This creates a wider sidebar for Google Reader. Allows you to see more of the subscription titles that have been cut off by the narrow sidebar. I have a wide screen (1920 X 1200 resolution) computer so this is useful for for me because all my space wasn't being utilized. Please note that if you apply this style full screen mode in Google Reader (Keyboard shortcut 'u') does not work, the viewing area does not expand to fill the screen. This is fine for me as I have enough screen real estate that I don't need the full screen. Thought this may be useful for someone else. Feel free to customize and improve.
