Fixes Bug 354884 from the Firefox 2.0 default theme, "Extension toolbar icons no longer centered when using large icons," which causes, among other things, extension toolbar icons to not have equal padding on the top and bottom, menu button icons to not align properly with their dropmarkers, square buttons to not have equal width and height, and toolbars to be vertically stretched by 1px whether or not any extension buttons are on it (Firefox's default buttons cause this part as well).
This only applies to toolbars in large icon mode on the Firefox 2.0 default theme.
