simplified "top" area of google reader. some css is copy and simplified from "OS X Style Google Reader" style.
yes, there're other userstyles do the same thing but they're out dated. this is up to date with google reader when i post it. (2009-01-06)
to hide sidebar by default, use google reader settings -> preferences. this function is builtin so we don't have to build it in this CSS hack like the old ones
