Removes the "(Untitled)" text and "blank page" favicon on blank tabs.

If you use a non-English version of Firefox, you must replace "(Untitled)"/"New Tab" (without " ") in the code with whatever reads in your blank tab (Sans titre, Nova aba, etc).
