GMail Redesigned-Grays and Blues (Gmail 3 Update) - Themes and Skins for Google

This script is based on the amazing work of - http://userstyles.org/styles/4538 (GMail 2.0 Redesigned - Grays and Blues)
I changed few lines to adjust it to the new Gmail version.
It works great combined with the new 'Shiny' theme. (a Gmail built-in theme)

without irreconcilability,
