Adds glass effect to all menus

bugs: stylish status bar item not working properly, use toolbar button instead.

Firefox 3.0.x WILL NOT WORK!

"-moz-appearance: -moz-win-glass" support implemented starting 3.1.x.

but if it work on 3.0.x for you, show us how did you make it work.
