An attempt to make the toolbar button effects in Windows Classic match the native effects as closely as possible. This adds the borders on dropmarkers on menu buttons, makes the padding change when clicked, etc.
2006-10-20: initial version.
2006-12-20 (complete rewrite): Padding and alignment is more correct in some cases I'd originally missed, and the overall implementation is cleaner and more straightforward. Will now also force Windows Classic look even when not using Windows Classic. Better compatibility with Unified Back-/Forward Button.
2006-12-22: Fixed: checked state didn't always work correctly in some themes when hovered. Fixed: Menu-only buttons would retain hover appearance and not pressed when opened, if hovering the menu or button. Fixed: didn't look right when clicked on toolbars with some icons having different size than others.
