This will show the Updates, Installation, Languages, and Plugins sections in the Add-ons Manager all the time instead of just Extensions and Themes.
Note that anything that wasn't shown already was only not shown because there was no purpose for it, as in it will bring up a blank list. So, this style is really for aesthetic purposes only.
The one added by MR Tech Local Install is left controlled by the extension's option.
