This appends the [cite] attribute to the bottom of block quotes where it is used (you'll see tons of them at Technorati), as a block element, navy backround, white text.. I reccomend this go along with my "Quote Colorer 2.0," , which I'm updating at the same time as this new release.

You can see this style used very redundantly at Technorati if you do a tag search or a "sites that link to this blog" search, but I suggest looking at my blog since I came up with this style at my blog. (sic)
