Adds Images to Adblock Plus preferences window.
Requires CuteMenus - Crystal SVG to work.
If you don't have that extension, then use Adblock Plus: menu/button icons (w/o CuteMenus).
Inspired by the style series by ChoGGi.

Fixed slight incompatibility with Gecko - menu icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG) (Obsolete) (fix probably would've been better done from that style's end [since it was that style's fault, plus it might cause similar issues with other styles in the future], but I have a lot more control over my own style). Skinned filter editor close button. Some minor cleanup.
