Firefox Extension Manager - Disabled Exts Crossed Out (normal)

This style makes disabled extensions easier to identify by crossing out their icons in the extension manager.
For use with normal extension view (for Slim Mode see here: Extension Manager - Disabled Exts Crossed Out Slim)

Note: FF2.x doesn't work for some reason unless. every time. you go into Stylish, open this style, and then "Preview" or "Save" it.

nice idea ... icon is too large with AIOS slim mode for themes and extensions enabled.

UPDATE: now works acceptably well with AIOS slim mode ... the universal 'no' overlay image isn't centered precisely over the extension icon but it's s the correct size. thanks for updating your style. ****
