This will get rid of the big paypal toolbar button in the DownloadThemAll Manager.
DTA is a great extension and they have every right to seek donations but I also have a right (and a duty perhaps) to rid all spam from my visionary field.

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.

Nice! Though DTA! might not want you to do that. and donation buttons aren't normally called spam. If they were spam, THEN Adblock Plus would start blocking them ;)
