Install options

Unfortunately, styling the file input is impossible. see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52500 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=258875 on another note, I find that

padding-left: 20px;
} makes the long description paragraph look a little better, at least on 1280x1024

to prevent the background image from appearing on the screenshot pages, such as http://userstyles.org/screenshot/show/2, i added a couple lines of code to my version of the userstyles.org redesign. might want to add it in.
