Ext: Stylish, icons and adjustments

I'm get 2 already existent styles for Stylish manager/editor, mix it and add and remove some features.

What this style do?

Menu:
Added icons to every position in menu.

Manager:
1. All buttons flat and have they own icon. Clear Filter button flat too, but don't "rise" when hovered.
2. Removed all useless margins and padding around controls. all controls slim and don't eat more space, than they need.
3. Added ribbon-style to list of styles.

Editor:
1. Removed all useless margins and padding around controls. all controls slim and don't eat more space, than they need.
2. All buttons at the top flat and have they own icon and don't "rise" when hovered.
3. Fixed position of scrollbars.

All this compatible with Stylish 0.5.2 and Fx3. Also this compilation don't make dramatical damage to other forms, because removed ugly style for checkboxes, all checkboxes (except in Stylish menu) have they default style.

Upd: Just renamed, nothing more.
