This removes button images and the background from dTa's download manager's toolbar, minimizes the surrounding space, and gives each button an outset-on-hover and inset-on-active effect.

Optional effects, commented out by default:
- reduce the toolbar's font size (which makes it even less thick)
- hide the "Help!" link in dTa's download manager's status bar

Updated (20080608): now works with current layout

It works, but I don't see any reason to use DTA under Fx3.0. Worst thing in DTA is not they crazy toolbar, but crazy naming of commands in pop-up menu.
Anyway, style works.

...pst, pst, I was wrong about DTA. :)
1. It's much better, then Fx download manager.
2. Commands easily replaced and extended by FlashGot.
So, your stile is grat and musthave. *****
