This very minimal style removes unnecessary items from the Windows Live Mail interface, including adverts, the Today screen and even the Search box. Toolbars show icons without text. Spacing has also been made more even for some elements.
Some rules may apply to other parts of live.com, as well as mail.live.com.
The selected style is Silver. Adverts are not visible in the 'before' screenshot because I use Adblock Plus.
I have left some stub selectors in the code, in case someone wishes to style their Loading box or messages in their Inbox.

Install options
- Install Stylish for Firefox, Thunderbird, Flock, Mozilla Suite, SeaMonkey, or Songbird. If you have Stylish already, make sure you're using the latest version and have JavaScript enabled.
- You need Firefox with Stylish to use this style. Get it now, then Install Stylish, then come back here to install this style.
- - load into the Stylish extension where you can preview and save it.
- - this style has been updated since you installed it in Stylish.
- - Greasemonkey and Opera users can load this style as a user script.
